Wappo, a(n) Puppy Australian Shepherd for Adoption in Hastings, NE

Hi! I’m Wappo, and I’ve been looking for my new home since October 2025. WAPPO is a male Australian Shepherd. He is 1 yrs old and weighs 50-55lbs. He is so handsome and a sweet boy. We’re not sure what most of Wappo’s life was like before coming to us but this guy could really use a confidence boost, he can be pretty shy and isn’t sure of a lot of things. He needs another calm, cool and confident dog in the home to show him the ropes of being a dog. He could some rubs and some extra TLC. He will also need work on potty training but this breed is very smart and he should do well with consistency. We are pretty sure he was left outside all the time in his short life. Not sure on cats but can test him. WAPPO is neutered, has a lifetime microchip and his shots are up to date. Adoption fee is $175. Applications can be submitted at startoverrover.org.
