START OVER ROVER INC is a non profit 501(c)(3) animal rescue corporation headquartered in Hastings, Nebraska. We rely solely on donations, fundraising and volunteers to provide the services of rescue, transport, food, shelter and veterinary care.
As a NO KILL organization we continually provide veterinary services to rescued animals whose lives can be saved as an alternative to euthanasia.
